Shell ring. Marine themes and symbolism – and humans interest in them has probably been known since immemorial time. Who has not brought to home, from vacation by the sea or ocean, at least once, a shell, coral, or a dried starfish? To remember these beautiful, but at the same time frightening layers of water and endless expanses in which the human eye is lost. This ring is for lovers of marine themes, themes not only poetic but also realistic – their inhabitants, which, for us, land rats, cannot always be understood. A starfish, 2 shells and a shank of a ring in the form of a ship’s rope is a kind of still life that just asks for a picture – a memory, or, as in this case, a finger. Please note that, despite the seeming lightness of the composition, the ring turned out to be a little bit heavy.
