I ordered this item on December 9. It's now January 12, and I have not received it. I have a tracking link I can follow, but nothing has been posted there since Dec 25. The Artifactory site on Etsy said the shipping would be 3-5 days. When I contacted them, they just said shipping was slower because of Christmas. If it's going to take more than a month to get something, the company should tell you that. I am still waiting because I am excited about what I ordered, but soon I will have to report them and ask for my money back. So disappointing.
